OCNJ’s Mental Health Services Program, or Adult Partial Care, is one of the few programs in the State of New Jersey that assists individuals who have both a mental illness and a developmental disability. The program allows for maximizing independent living skills and develops coping skills for the daily challenges that this population faces. MISSIONThe mission of OCNJ Mental Health Services is to support, enhance and encourage emotional growth and development of life skills in order to maximize the ability to function in society. SERVICES WE PROVIDEThe Program operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Services include:
