Hire Horizons is a partnership with The First Occupational Center of New Jersey and the New Jersey Commission for the Blind. Hire Horizons uses supported employment to assist commission consumers re-entry into the work force. Since 1954, The First Occupational Center of New Jersey (OCNJ) has assisted members of the community to become economically self-sufficient. Preparing individuals who are disabled or disadvantaged for community employment is a primary focus for OCNJ.
