For more than 50 years, OCNJ has placed thousands of its graduates into community or business employment, assisting them to become independent citizens through work. The programs at OCNJ are designed to provide comprehensive training. Each person is carefully assessed and trained according to his or her preferences and capabilities.  Our counselors work with each individual  to complete the job search process by offering help in resume writing, job readiness, interview techniques and job etiquette.
