This 600 hour black seal/building maintenance program provides the high school graduate with entry-level skills for employment in the following occupations as listed in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles: Boiler Operartor, Building Repairer including maintenace of low pressure and high pressure boilers.

Students receive instruction in basic heating systems and operations, air conditioning systems and related theory encompassing safety. Carpentry, plumbing, residential wiring and building maintenance skills are added to enhance building repair capability.
